GRAYSA holds monthly board meetings towards the end of each month.  Active members in good standing of GRAYSA are welcome to attend board meetings.  Please contact the board Secretary to confirm the meeting time and location.

A commissioner for each age group is responsible for:
Coordination of all aspects of age group leagues. Get information to each coach about rosters, schedules, registration, uniforms, trophies, picture taking and distribution, uniform orders and distribution, equipment orders, distribution and collection. Also to help Director Recreation fill all open coaching positions, Verify players counts and information, Place any additional late registrants, Help with Game Scheduling and resolving conflicts.”  See Section Ten for more details of Recreation Committee responsibilities.
